What the enquiry form saves

Your name, email address, property postcode, preferred timing, job list, notes and the time of your request. Earlier enquiries may also contain an indicative price; new requests do not receive an automatic price. Please do not include payment details, door codes, identity documents or other sensitive information.

What it is used for

The site owner can review your enquiry to discuss scope, prepare a quote and respond to you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing and does not book a visit or take a payment.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in this site’s hosted database. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. The website does not automatically send your details to tradespeople or send confirmation emails.

Corrections and deletion

To ask for a correction or deletion, use the enquiry form with the same email address and put “Data request” and your reference in the notes. The site owner can remove your enquiry from the inbox.

Cookies and access

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use cookies for sign-in and access controls. The owner desk requires the owner’s signed-in account.
