01

Put it on the list

Choose jobs above or describe what you need. One request can cover several small fixes.

02

Agree the details

Scope, access, materials and availability are reviewed before a written price is agreed.

03

Plan the visit

Book only after accepting the quote. Agree priorities in advance so the important jobs come first.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we start.

Is the estimate a confirmed quote?

No. It is a starting point based on common tasks. The job details, property access and materials need to be reviewed before a written quote and date can be agreed.

Who is this for?

Homeowners, landlords and small local businesses with a list of non-emergency repairs, assembly, fitting or finishing jobs. Larger renovations need a separate scope.

What should I have ready?

A brief description, your postcode and any useful measurements. Photos can be requested when the enquiry is reviewed. Please do not send access codes or sensitive property details in the form.

Can I book outside the listed areas?

You can send a request. Availability and any extra travel costs must be agreed before booking.

Do I pay through this website?

No. This website collects quote requests only. Payment terms are agreed separately with the written quote.
